Products that you exchange must be unworn/unused. Heys USA does not guarantee wear or tear or any damage unrelated to the manufacturer.


When making an exchange, Heysusa.com will:


  • Provide you a pre-paid return label for your order to send your item(s) back to us.

  • Credit your full purchase price for each item in the returned shipment to the credit card used to make your purchase.

  • For exchanges, charge the same credit card for the purchase total of each new item. As always, Heysusa.com will honor all promotions used toward your original purchase and will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge.
